On 22nd and 23rd March’18, the 6th Annual South Asia Human Rights and Award was organized in Constitution Club, New Delhi by Dr. Arjumand Zaidi-National President of Youth for Human Rights India. It was organized to mark the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The celebration were graced by the presence of by the Minister of Law and Justice, Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad as Chief Guest along with the Member of Parliament Dr. Udit Raj followed by Mr. Ambuj Sharma, Secretary General, National Human Rights Commission, Ms. Roopa Moudgil (IPS), Ms. Teena Sharma, Director ASSOCHEM with other distinguished speakers.

On 10th December, 2018, the International peace walk was organized at 1090 crossing and scores of people assembled from all walks of life. The event began at 10:00 AM in morning at 1090 Crossing and participants walked towards Kalidas Marg and back to 1090 crossing. All the students of universities, colleges, schools, NCC Battalions, Clubs, and  Parents, and other communities joined this exceptional initiative to create awareness among the masses to build peace, tolerance and use their human rights in doing so, as per UNITED NATIONS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS.
